At StickerJerk, we take your creative work seriously and treat it with the respect it deserves.

When you upload artwork to our site, you’re granting us permission to use your files for the sole purpose of producing your custom order. We will never sell, remix, or reuse your artwork for any other commercial purposes beyond what you’ve directly approved.

What You’re Agreeing To:

By submitting your artwork, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Production Use: We are authorized to use your artwork strictly for the production and fulfillment of your order.
2. Promotional Use (Optional): With your approval, we may showcase your final printed product (never the raw artwork file) in our social media, gallery, or promotional materials to highlight the awesome stickers we create. You can opt in or out of this when placing your order or by unselecting the checkbox during your checkout process.
3. No Resale or Remixing: We will never sell your artwork, alter it, remix it, or use it in any unrelated advertising or campaigns. Your work stays your work.
4. Ownership: You retain full ownership and rights to your original artwork at all times. We do not claim any rights or licenses beyond what’s necessary to produce your order and (if approved) show it off a little.
