1. Ordering & Proofs

All sticker orders are custom printed based on the artwork and specifications provided by you, the customer. Once your order is placed, you will receive a digital proof for approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof before production begins. We are not responsible for any errors once a proof is approved.

2. Artwork Requirements

We accept high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPG, AI, PDF, and SVG. You must own the rights to any image or design you upload. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have full rights to use, reproduce, and distribute it. We do not print content that is hateful, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Production & Shipping

Orders typically ship within [X] business days after proof approval. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to make it right—either through a reprint or refund, depending on the issue.

5. Colors & Materials

We use high-quality, weatherproof materials, but actual colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration. Please read our materials guide to ensure you’re choosing the right finish for your needs (clear, holographic, mirror, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any custom designs submitted to us. We will never resell or reuse your artwork without explicit permission. However, we reserve the right to use photos of your stickers for marketing purposes (e.g., website or social media), unless you request otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use—or inability to use—our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

8. Pricing & Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. Any changes to our Terms & Conditions will be posted on this page.
